When I first found Dr. Karimi I was very depressed and ready to give up on finding treatment for my back injury. I had wasted more than 2 years consulting 7 different doctors including my general practitioner, orthopedic surgeons, a physiologist, several physical therapists and my current chiropractor. All of these doctors had miss-diagnosed me as having torn ligaments in my sacroiliac joint and I was told I needed at least 6 months bed rest in order to heal.

When I finally decided to try Dr. Karimi I was going through sessions of physical therapy twice a week & chiropractic appointments three times a week just to keep me walking, or waddling as it was. I had a goal in mind though. My husband and I had a 17-day trip to Hawaii we were planning and I knew I couldn't go in my current condition.

Dr. Karimi immediately went against what 7 people had already diagnosed me with and diagnosed that my injury was to my 4th and 5th lumbar. Within weeks of starting a program of exercise and treatment with Dr. Karimi I was walking straight and in 3 months I went to Hawaii and was able to hike some of the most strenuous trails on Kauai without pain! I took some of the most incredible hikes and I couldn't have done it without Dr. Karimi. Dr. Karimi gave me my life back.

Dr. Karimi has since diagnosed me with Carpal Tunnel and has been treating that on an as needed basis. He has restored the function of my hands happily without the surgery another doctor had recommended.

Since starting seeing Dr. Karimi I have moved to Gilroy, but I still travel up to Sunnyvale for my appointments. I completely trust him and wouldn't think of finding another Chiropractor even if they weren't a 45 mile drive.

I wish to let those considering chiropractic know that I found The Sunnyvale Pain Relief Center after spending (or what I NOW call wasted time) over 2 years of my life in physical therapy and taking all sorts of pain medication without positive results.

I was desperate when I came in for treatment, and after my first visit, I felt like I was on cloud nine!!! As I walked to my car I felt so good, that on the way home I called Sunnyvale Pain Relief to tell them just how good I felt, and how thankful I was.
